Lynn Creasy

Meet Lynn Creasy, our Chamber Secretary. Also, Lynn has been with Four Square Benefits for 12 years. Lynn joined Four Square in July of 2006 as an Account Executive and now serves as Vice President. She specializes in health, life, disability, dental and vision insurance for groups and individuals located in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Frostburg State University in 1984 and earned her Executive MBA from Salisbury University in 1990. She retired from Bank of America after 22 years of service.

Lynn’s enjoys her coworkers and clients:

Our team works well together, we have fun and we get the job done. I love meeting my clients at their place of business, getting to know about them, their business and their employees.

Dependable, professional, and responsive are the three words Lynn uses to describe Four Square Benefits. Her proudest moment was Saving a prospective client $35,000 annually on their group life and disability by shopping with all carriers, something their broker did not do. She earned their business!

Open enrollment meetings with company employees are always Lynn’s favorite. She enjoys explaining all options available and assisting the employees in enrolling in the benefits that best meet their needs.

Four Square is in business solely to help companies, organizations and individuals seamlessly manage insurance selection, benefits packages, strategic planning and compliance. We welcome the opportunity to earn the business of area companies by providing a ‘2nd opinion’ at renewal time.

Lynn shares her good fortune with her community. She serves as Board Secretary of the Fruitland Chamber of Commerce, Board Member for Women Supporting Women, and Eastern Shore Director for BNI (Business Networking International).

Lynn and her husband Eddie live in Salisbury. Her daughter Emily just graduated from college and teaches 2nd grade in Omaha, Nebraska. Her daughter Allie is a junior at Salisbury University.

Lynn shared her favorite hobby:

My Dad taught me how to make a pen and just gave me his lathe and tools. I have been spending a lot of time in the garage making pens and improving my technique. It is a skill I hope to one day pass on to one of my daughters.
